It is not the strongest of the species that survive, nor the most intelligent, but the one most responsive to change.
At Urban Professor, we believe that success does not discriminate. Understanding our role as translators of the unique language of success and preparing young adults to attain it is no small feat. We take our responsibility of creating and delivering rich content and dynamic experiences that empower our audience quite seriously. As our mantra reads, U DEFINE SUCCESS, we also know that our mission is to equip our audience with the tools to adequately define success.
As a means of connecting our audience to all of the tools and resources available to them, we find it best to partner with organizations that share our vision of a better tomorrow for us all by empowering young leaders to be their best self. Our effort to create the most supportive network for young emerging professional comes via our 2020 VISION program. 2020 vision, much like its namesake is perfect vision, we believe that our vision or equipping of young adults to be their best self takes a collaborative effort between like minded non-profits and for profits.
Thru our 2020 vision program we will donate incremental media in-kind to non-profit 501 (C)3 organizations that share our vision of young adult empowerment, life skills exposure, and career prep advancement. With its inception in 2010 and beginning at 10% donated media in-kind, Urban Professor has set out to amplify the voice of non-profits by allocating media space to these non-profit agents of change. We incrementally raise the donated media in-kind 1% each year until we reach our goal of 20% donated media in-kind by the year 2020.
Everybody wins with 2020 VISION, non-profits access a shared audience with for-profits to market their goods/services and impact the lives of our driven and emerging young professional audience. Our audience gets a diverse experience of premium content and resources, the goods and services of non-profits and for-profits, and exposure to the breadth of opportunities that are born when for-profits and non-profits work together for good.
